PRIVACY
POLICY

Last updated: August 24, 2026

This policy describes what personal data CondorVision collects through the condorvision.tech website, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to the public website; production data processed by our inspection systems is governed by each client's service agreement.

1. Data controller

CondorVision, based in Buenos Aires (Argentina) with operations in Paris (France), is the controller of the data collected on this site. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to answer your inquiries and understand how the site is used:

  • Contact details you voluntarily provide through the form: name, email, phone, company, industry, and number of production lines.
  • Site usage data collected by Google Analytics: pages visited, visit duration, device type, country, and traffic source.
  • Messages you send us through the site's chat channels (WhatsApp or Tidio, depending on the language).

3. How we use it

We use your data to:

  • Answer your business inquiries and schedule demos.
  • Understand how the site is used in order to improve it.
  • Protect the contact form against spam and abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile).

We do not send you marketing communications without your consent, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working normally.

5. Third-party services

To operate the site we rely on these providers, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

  • Google Analytics (site usage analytics).
  • Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure and storage).
  • Sentry (technical error monitoring).
  • Tidio (chat on the English and French versions of the site).
  • WhatsApp (chat on the Spanish and Portuguese versions of the site).
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam protection on the contact form).

6. Data retention

We keep contact data while an active or potential business relationship exists, and delete it when it is no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard configuration (14 months).

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the European Union, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including data portability and objection to processing.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS), role-based access control, and per-organization data isolation in our systems.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the way we handle data changes. The current version is always published on this page, with its update date.
